The Procurement Manual uses two types of images. To view them full size, follow the instructions below.
PDFs

- Below the PDF, at the bottom right of the small window, you will see a double-ended arrow.
- Click it once to view the PDF full page.
- If the PDF has more than one page, arrows at the bottom of the page allow you to navigate through the document.
- Press the "ESC" key to close the PDF. ("ESC" is the leftmost key on the top row of the keyboard.)
- To download the PDF, click the single, downward-facing arrow at the bottom left of the small window.
Other Pictures
- Ordinary pictures do not have a bar below them.
- Click the picture once to view it full size.
- Press the "ESC" key to close the picture.
