The “Other Cases Affected” characteristic is used when  LRS notes reveal that your application affects other applications. These other applications will have to be considered alongside your application, so it’s important to identify them at an early stage.

How will I recognise Other Cases Affected?

The LRS Title N+I will state that your subjects are affected by another title number.

What else do I need to know?

  • The most common reasons for this characteristic are burdens or servitudes which affect multiple titles.
  • You will most often encounter this characteristic when your title affects another title number – but it can also apply when another title being registered affects your title. Please use the “other titles affected” characteristic in both cases.
  • There is no need to use “other titles affected” when LRS notes refer to “cadastral unit” instead of “title number”.
