Use the Deed Search tool when you want to view a sasines deed
It covers the period 1869 to the present day. Searching is straightforward. Enter the details of the deed you are looking for, and click the Search button. The deed search tool will return a list of all the deeds that match your search. Click the Book and Folio or Fiche and Frame link to view the original heading to view the deed - including an option to OCR the deed. Or click Download PDF to save a copy of the deed.
Where will I find the Deed Search Tool?
On RoSnet. Go to the Quick Links page, and you'll find it under the Tools heading. It's also listed in Chrome under "RoS Apps".
