| When you have searched for your index and it is displayed in the UWVPV, click on the underlined hyperlink for the index name in the results panel. |  |
| The Index panel will then be displayed on the right hand side of the UWV PV screen, showing the index number and a hyperlink to the "DMS case notes". |  |
