RoS’s policy is that all significant contracts for goods and/or services must be governed by either a
contract-specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or some other Supplier Performance measurement and reporting mechanism. The method, and frequency together with roles and responsibilities, will vary from contract to contract however, the generic process and procedures are set out in the Scottish Government’s Procurement Journey.

A hyperlink to this section is provided for convenience. Any measurements in performance should, whenever appropriate, include the elements contained in this generic edition of performance measurement.
