Phase 1 of the process started in October 2021 with the migration of titles from 4 counties into the Cadastral Map database. The final 4 counties were migrated in March 2022 . 99.68% of titles were successfully migrated to the Cadastral Map database.
Phase 2 of the process is ongoing and is being tackled in 3 stages:
As a consequence of this, all titles must now be edited within Plan Creator.
The origin of all titles created in the DMS or Plan Creator can be checked in the PV using the History tab.

Classifications | The Unknown classification show that the title was moved over automatically from the DMS, not that it is still a DMS title. Summary | Migrated titles will show a new application type, MG or MGM and will have a Plan origin of PC. This application type will allow you to identify migrated titles and the provenance of their base map after migration:- MGM – No basemap updates affect this title MG – The title needs basemap updates performed to it. Classifications will be Unknown until edited by a plans officer in the Plan Creator. | These titles are identified by the last plan origin showing as DMS. Non-migrated titles will not show any plan references on the Title Information tab. | These titles will show a plan origin of PC and will have a last application type that is not MG or MGM.
