The latest update to the registration manual has now been completed. New pages on Securities Section Information, Liferent, and Mineral Titles have been added to the new alphabetical Subject Index section of the manual, replacing a total of 29 pages in all.
This completes the second phase of the improvements to the manual referred to in the Staff Notice of 12 October 2017.
Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
