Updated guidance on adding Casenotes when mapping in Plan Creator

With the transition from the DMS & OPS Tool to the Plan Creator, much of the data connected with plans references is captured in a different way now and has greatly reduced the need to add casenotes when mapping the application. They are, however, still needed in some application types and when creating a COF file. The existing guidance page for plans officers has been re-written to take account of these changes, and also to include the guidance on casenotes for reports officers when creating a COF file - seehttps://rosdev.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/66323448 .

Over the coming weeks and months, more Further Guidance pages will be added or updated, and the User Guides will also be updated. Any new functionality released into the Plan Creator will be added to the System guide.

Questions relating to the use of the Plan Creator should continue to be discussed in the first instance with your Business Lead, before raising them with the Mapping Guidance Group via the Plan Creator User Queries mailbox.
