Mapping a tenement under exception

As a result of some recent referrals relating to tenements under exception, some additional plans guidance has been added to the existing Further Guidance page. This has been done to help improve the consistency of decision making when registering these types of titles, and in particular when there may be a benefit in updating the tenement steading cadastral unit number for the block.

Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
