Plans Ident guidance refreshed

Following feedback from the teams, a new guidance page Plans Ident guidance has been added to the registration manual explaining why we need to ident some applications in the Plan Creator before we plans settle them. In addition, there are now updated process steps available for FR/VR and FA/VA plans ident - Plans Ident Processes .
Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
