Casework desk - creating applications 

2.1 Once it has been determined that an application is acceptable for registration and the application has been processed through eFinancials the following steps should be taken to create the application on the LRS system. 

2.2 On the main case work desk click create

2.3 This will open the create case pop-up screen. Click the drop-down picklist arrow next to application type and select DW = Dealing With Whole.

2.4 Enter the title number against which the application is to be created.

2.4.1 If necessary, select the appropriate title version.

2.5 The LRS will then automatically create the required application type and display an entry on the case work desk.

2.6 Highlight the application to be worked on and click Open.

2.7 The LRS will now open the application workdesk to allow the details of the application to be completed.
