1.1 Log in to the AN handling system.

1.2 Search the AN application number on the AN form to bring up the AN details.

1.2.1 Check the AN number has not been previously used for an application that has been rejected. Refer to be returned to agent if AN number has been used previously.

1.2.2 If there is no AN number on the AN application form the paper AN over part process should be followed.

1.3 Verify the information completed on the AN application form against the details on the screen. No amendments should be made to the AN application form.

1.3.1 If the details on the application form differs to the details on the screen, following referral the AN application should be rejected.
