Notice of Potential Liability for Costs in terms of section 10 of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 by John McMaster Developers Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC345267) and having our registered office at 1B, 3 St Michael Road, Livingston on behalf of MS Manitoba Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered officer at Burgoyne Carey Building, 3 Smith Terrace, Glasgow, (Company Number SC208894) as manager of the burdened property, in respect of costs relating to maintenance or work described therein as arrears in respect of common repair and maintenance charges, future common repair and maintenance charges, common insurance policy premiums, management and administration charges, in respect of the subjects in this Title dated xx xxx. xxxx, registered xx xxx. xxxx.
