1.4 Plot Numbers Field

Plot numbers should be indexed as follows:

Example 1.4.1 - If only a plot number is provided

Plot 5, Beechgrove Lane, Forfar

The Plot number should always be entered in the house/building name field.

Example 1.4.2 - If a plot number and a development name are provided

The plot number and the development name should always be entered in the house/building name field.

The postal address should be taken from the gazetteer.  The plot number should be entered in the additional information field of the application workdesk.
