Prepare Case and Release on LRS - Complex Dealing

Process Steps

Additional Information

4.1 Add any relevant notes to the application workdesk (e.g. original deed sent to Sasines or Books of C&S).

4.2 Place the flysheet and documents in the appropriate case bag with the documentation for scan in one folder and the remaining documents in another folder.

Any specialist application (prescriptive claimant/seabed) identified from the initial examination checks should be placed in a red case bag with a route card directing the case to a senior adviser and should be passed to the Odd Jobs Officer to arrange for the application to be scanned out of turn.

4.3 Complete "tie in" card where there is a prior application still in RoS.

4.4 Release case to Mid Point Scan or HH Mid Point Scan.

4.5 Place cases on appropriate shelf for transmission to scan.
