9.1 Add parent title number and development address.
9.2 Add brief description of style to be used when there is more than one first removal (e.g. for use with flats or for use with houses) and the grade of settler that should complete registration following the L53 record card instructions.
9.3 Complete the A Section of the L53 record card. Include:
- The date of first registration date
- Any mineral reservation(s)
- Any schedule of Real Burdens to be imported
- Removal style (i.e. instructions to create a Parent Schedule removal entry)
- Any rights to be imported and conditions attached (e.g. DIR must make reference to Deed of Conditions)
- Any TCA property section note
- Any servitude note
- Any other relevant information.
9.4 Complete the B Section of the L53 record card. Include:
- Registered proprietor details
- Date ROI clear to
- Any other relevant information.
9.5 Complete the C Section of the L53 record card. Include:
- Any security/charge to be imported
- Instructions regarding discharge/deed of restriction
- Any other relevant information.
9.6 Complete the D section of the L53 record card. Include:
- The preparation of an entry for the breakaway deeds if required and providing for different burdens entries in the case of a development comprising more than one phase
- List of burdens deeds to be imported from the first removal with any relevant instructions
- Any other relevant information.
9.7 Check all the relevant information has been detailed.
9.8 Add name and date to L53 record card.
9.9 Save L53 record card to shared drive.
9.10 Repeat the above steps if more than one removal style required.
