Sasines presentment officer 

 

4.1 Complete normal sasine examination process. 

4.2 Identify the appropriate search sheet and create an entry on the CSR as per normal sasine process.

4.3 Flag the deed for confirmation and attach "stop at despatch" sheet. 

 

Sasine drafting officer

 

5.1 Complete drafting procedure as per normal sasine process. 

 

5.2 If the deed is acceptable:

  1. Complete drafting on CSR as per normal sasine process
  2. On the sasine section of the L14, tick to confirm the deed has been recorded and detail the date of recording and print name, sign and date
  3. If deed is for preservation, write "deed being preserved" at the top of the L14
  4. Transmit L14, deed and rubric to print room
  5. Print room complete normal print room process and return L14 and original deed to LR support team
  6. LR support team return completed L14 and deed to LR case. 

 

5.3 If the deed is to be withdrawn:

  1. Withdraw deed on CSR
  2. Complete and print withdrawal letter on CSR
  3. On the sasine section of the L14, tick to confirm the deed has been withdrawn and detail the reason for withdrawal and print name, sign and date
  4. Take a copy of the L14 and attach the copy to the rubric to be filed
  5. Complete CoolICE log
  6. Send withdrawal letter to sasine submitting agent
  7. Attach pink flysheet to deed showing deed to be withdrawn
  8. Transmit L14, SAF and original deed to LR support team
  9. LR Support team return completed L14 and deed to LR case.
