8.1.1 If any existing notice of potential of liability for costs entry is over three years old, refer to your referral officer for advice on whether the entry can be deleted.

8.2 Update the proprietorship section if any of the deeds under examination provide updated information.

8.2.1 Add the company number to the proprietor entry if a non-natural person.

8.2.2 Remove MHA/CPA notes - refer to senior officer if additional notes.
