Update PT Securities Section - TP Legal Parent Title Update

Process Steps

3.1 Check for any amendments the SCW may have noted on the deposit file (if applicable) or on any papers apart of check those made through the application itself.

3.2 Give effect to any changes to the securities section required as a result of DW(s) over PT following the steps detailed in the Update Securities Section - Complex DW process, if applicable.

3.3 Delete any time-bound entries outwith their effective date.

3.4 Remove Charge Certificate Notes and Schedules (if any) and consider any further action required if additional notes or floating charges/debentures exist. Refer if necessary.

3.5 Consider appropriate action for any existing exclusion of indemnity, limitation or exclusion of warranty or caveat. Refer if necessary.
