6.7 Check title workdesk notes and instructions have been actioned and acknowledged.

6.8 Check if any other application(s) has been created against the parent title title since the start of the settle process and request, attach and settle application(s) if it is appropriate to do so.

6.9 When you are satisfied that the application has been completed, select Confirm in the title workdesk.

6.9.1 The title sheet is displayed in 'View Version' format.

6.9.2 Per the instruction displayed at the top of this screen, please check the title sheet and ensure all details are correct and up to date. If you are satisfied and wish to proceed press Confirm, otherwise press Cancel to return to the title workdesk.

6.9.3 If Cancel is selected you will be returned to the title workdesk. Any errors can be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

6.10 When Confirm is selected, another screen is displayed asking if you are sure you wish to confirm the title. Press Yes to proceed.

6.11 A copy of the title sheet is generated in Word. However it is not necessary to print a paper copy of the title sheet.

Allow the title sheet to format in Word. As part of this process, wait for the Printing in Progress box at the top left of the screen to disappear before clicking on OK in the Print Information box. This will ensure the system has picked up the correct version of the title sheet for the notification.

6.12 When this is done, the Operation Check Results screen is displayed.

6.12.1 Close the title sheet and click on Don't Save in the pop up box.

6.12.2 If any of the warning messages require action, click on Cancel which will return you to the title workdesk to allow any errors to be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

6.12.3 If there are any error messages click on Cancel which will return you to the title workdesk to allow any errors to be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

6.13 Check all warnings and click on OK if appropriate. The title has now been confirmed.

6.13.1 If the registered version of the title has changed since the DW or TU application was created an error message will prevent completion. All sections of the title sheet and the shared plot relationships must be imported and you must respond to the import notes in the title workdesk before proceeding.

6.14 Check all application workdesk notes and instructions have been actioned and acknowledged.

6.15 If necessary, select and complete the appropriate letter from the application workdesk picklist to accompany the documentation and receipt being returned to the agent to explain why any servitude right(s) and/or any enforcement rights have not been included in the title sheet. A copy of the letter should be added to the business record.

6.15.1 LR36 - TCA Servitude Rights Omitted from the Title Sheet

6.15.2 LR38 - Schedule of Enforcement Rights Omitted

6.16 Identify any additional documents to be added to scanincluding any relevant deeds or documents that have been incorporated in the title sheet by way of reference to the archive record that need to be added and complete and print scan instructions. Include any relevant contents of the deposit file, papers apart and correspondence if applicable.

6.16.1 Send scan instructions and documentation to scan marked for return and await return of documentation, or

6.16.2 Copy documentation and send copy documentation and scan instructions to scan and proceed to complete registration.

6.17 Release PT and TP application(s) to Despatch Complete.

6.18 Take PT and TP application(s) on at Despatch Complete

The TP registrations and parent title update must be completed on the same day.

6.19 Click complete on the LRS for the PT application and each TP application - a receipt will be generated for each registered deed.

6.20 Return receipt(s) and documentation to submitting agent.

If a TU is being used for the PT update, there will be no registered deeds in the TU and therefore no receipts.

6.20.1 A notification is automatically generated overnight and sent to the email addresses on the application workdesk (if applicable) together with a link to the title sheet and cadastral map.

Where a TU is used to update a PT rather than a DW/PT, a notification is not issued. A TU does not have the deed details fields and therefore an email address cannot be added.
