Add Seed Point to DMS - TP Plans - Manual PI

Process Steps

Additional Information

A seed point should not be dropped for TA or FA applications, however all other checks are necessary.

3.1 Open the /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455073 and select the TP application. Ensure the child entry is selected.

3.2 In the /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455178 form screen on the DMS click on Title Details and enter the PT title number and press Return.

3.2.1 The relevant area can also be identified by inputting the PT extent TP/FR application number in the Case field - this is mainly used when the PT has not been completed.

3.3 Click on Search.

3.4 In the 'Accept Seed Point' pop up box, click on Yes. The DMS map will open at the relevant area.

3.5 Click on /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455340.

3.6 Identify the correct position of the plot and left click on the position to drop the seed point.

3.6.1 If no OS detail is available examine the surrounding area and the deed plan and determine the approximate position of the plot and drop the seed point.

3.6.2 If no OS detail is available but an Advance Notice (AN) has been completed against your subjects drop the seed point on the extent of the AN subjects.

3.6.3 If deed plan refers to Development Plan Approval (DPA) drop the seed point on the correct plot number of the DPA on the DMS as referred to in the deed.

3.7 Click on the /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455267 button and then on the seed point to centre the seed point on the screen.

3.8 Click on the /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455283 button.

3.9 Click on /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455340 and then Search and then List All (for Titles and Index).

3.10 Identify and select the PT title number from the list and click on Display.

3.11 Check the seed point for the TP falls within the extent of the PT title.

3.11.1 If the TP seed point falls outwith the PT extent, refer.

3.11.2 If the PT extent has not been mapped continue with the process. Any further action required will be considered at the plans settle stage.

3.12 Exit the index search and click on the /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/65831078 button, /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455077 the application, and then /wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/64455077 the application.
