Process Steps

Additional Information

The following steps should be used to determine whether the fee pertaining to a represented application has been refunded.

 

11.1 In the main menu of eFinancials open Bespoke - Fin/REG UID enquiry (REG003).

 

11.2 Enter query (F11).

 

11.3 Insert the UID number in the UID column.

 

11.4 Execute query (Ctrl F11).

 

11.5 Check the document status field:

 

11.5.1 If the document status is RFDANDWDRN the fee has been refunded. Determine whether a new payment can be taken by direct debit or whether the application must be rejected. 

11.5.2 If the document status is anything other than RFDANDWDRN and the represented application meets the conditions of registration an email should be sent to DummyRequests@ros.gov.uk before proceeding with the representment process.
