3.1 In the LRS Case Work Desk select the appropriate application and click on Open
.
3.2 Consider the deed(s) under examination and the information obtained from DMS and any other relevant information to determine the correct category.
3.3 In the application workdesk click on the Category
dropdown list and select the appropriate category.
3.4 If any application relating to another title is travelling with the FR the move note details must be completed in the application workdesk for the other title. Click on Details
at the Move Note field and enter the details of the FR application.
3.5 If any additional applications travelling with the FR relate to the FR title number a move note is not necessary, but the applications should be attached on LRS to the lead application.
3.6 Add any notes and instructions to the application workdesk if necessary.
3.7 Click on Apply.
3.8 Click on Release
and release to Plans Settle
or Legal Settle
as appropriate.
3.8.1 If the application has been pre-mapped and there are no inconsistencies the application should be released to Legal Settle
.
3.9 Amend the category on the flysheet(s)
3.10 Add appropriate route card.
3.11 Place case on appropriate shelf.
