Complete the case


9.1 Write up the proposed style for pending TP applications of a similar type so the legal examiner can consider and approve or reject this style.

9.2 Write up the proposal for dealing with any applications that will require further input or consideration from the legal examiner (for example, extent issues or defective deed plans).


9.3 Put the casebag or casebags back together in the following order:

  • flysheet in front
  • prints showing copy of part of the cadastral map for the TP & for the parent title
  • any correspondence or referrals in a separate poly-pocket, and clearly marked up if they are to be added to the business record or the archive record
  • application form
  • deeds (in the order they are listed on the inventory, if supplied).


9.4 On LRS, release the case or cases to legal settle_SCW first removal.


9.5 Ensure that the casebag or casebags for any shared plot title sheets are physically tied with the casebag for the sharing plot title sheet.


9.6 Place case on shelf for support to move to correct legal settle shelf, or hand to relevant SCW.
