10.1 If the property value is over £3 million follow the high value casework procedures.

10.2 Delete any redundant next application notes.

10.3 Check that there are no new APFs that have been grouped into your case.

10.3.1 CMS will only group new APFs to your case if it is not already at "Confirm case for LR Archive" status.

10.3.2 If there is a new APF, check that the deeds are valid and then settle appropriately.

10.3.2.1 If the deeds for the new APF are not valid follow the Rejection referral process. 

10.3.2.2 If the deeds are valid, take on the other application in LRS.

10.3.2.3 Make sure both applications are at the same location and attach the newest application to the oldest one.

10.3.2.4 Make the required changes on the title sheet as per the deeds from the additional APF.

10.4 Check for any new Case Associations that may have been made since you took on the case.

10.4.1 If there is a new Case associated then check that the deeds are valid and settle appropriately.

10.4.1.1 If the deeds are not valid follow the Rejection referral process.

10.4.1.2 If the deeds are valid, take on other application in LRS.

10.4.1.3 Make sure both applications are at the same location and attach the newest application to the oldest one.

10.4.1.4 Make the required changes on the title sheet as per the deeds from the associated case.

10.5 Check if any other applications have been created against the title since you took on the case but have not yet been grouped or associated.

10.5.1 If there is a new case that has not been on taken by anyone first transfer the case to yourself and then follow the Case association process. 

10.6 When you are satisfied that the application has been completed, select Confirm in the title workdesk.

10.6.1 The title sheet is displayed in 'View Version' format.

10.6.2 Ensure all details are correct and up to date and then click Confirm.

10.6.2.1 If the details are not correct then click Cancel and you will be returned to the title workdesk. Make the appropriate amendments and then click Confirm again.

10.7 When Confirm is selected, another screen is displayed asking if you are sure you wish to confirm the title. Click Yes to proceed.

10.8 A copy of the title sheet is generated in Word. However it is not necessary to print a paper copy of the title sheet.

10.8.1 Allow the title sheet to format in Word.

10.8.2 Wait for the Printing in Progress box at the top left of the screen to disappear before clicking OK in the Print Information box. This will ensure the system has picked up the correct version of the title sheet for the notification.

10.9 When this is done, the Operation Check Results screen is displayed.

10.9.1 Close the title sheet word document and click on Don't Save in the pop up box.

10.9.2 If any of the warning messages require action, click on Cancel which will return you to the title workdesk to allow any errors to be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

10.9.3 If there are any error messages click on Cancel which will return you to the title workdesk to allow any errors to be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

10.10 Check all warnings and click on OK if appropriate. The title has now been confirmed.

10.11 Check all application workdesk notes and instructions have been actioned and acknowledged.
