19.1 Check all references on the cadastral map are included in the title sheet.

19.2 Check all references in the title sheet are included on the cadastral map.

19.2.1 Check all references in the title sheet to 'Title Plan' and 'Supplementary Plan' have been updated to 'cadastral map' and 'supplementary data to the title sheet', or amend in the title workdesk as necessary.

19.3 Complete the Reports field on the title workdesk if applicable.

19.4 If the property is over £3 million, consider high value casework procedures.

19.5 Action and delete any redundant next application notes.

19.6 Check all title workdesk notes and instructions have been actioned and acknowledged.

19.6.1 If plans have requested that a schedule of removals be prepared and said schedule has been added to or created using the parent title application, acknowledge the note in the following style, for example "Schedule of removals created using parent title application XXXX".

19.7 Check if any other application(s) has been created against the title since the start of the settle process and request, attach and settle application(s) if it is appropriate to do so.

19.8 When you are satisfied that the application has been completed, select Confirm in the title workdesk.

19.8.1 The title sheet is displayed in 'View Version' format.

19.8.2 Per the instruction displayed at the top of this screen, please check the title sheet and ensure all details are correct and up to date. If you are satisfied and wish to proceed press Confirm, otherwise press Cancel to return to the title workdesk.

19.8.3 If Cancel is selected you will be returned to the title workdesk. Any errors can be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

19.9 When Confirm is selected, another screen is displayed asking if you are sure you wish to confirm the title. Press Yes to proceed.

19.10 A copy of the title sheet is generated in Word. However it is not necessary to print a paper copy of the title sheet.

Allow the title sheet to format in Word. As part of this process, wait for the Printing in Progress box at the top left of the screen to disappear before clicking on OK in the Print Information box. This will ensure the system has picked up the correct version of the title sheet for the notification.

19.11 When this is done, the Operation Check Results screen is displayed.

19.11.1 Close the title sheet and click on Don't Save in the pop up box.

19.11.2 If any of the warning messages require action, click on Cancel which will return you to the title workdesk to allow any errors to be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

19.11.3 If there are any error messages click on Cancel which will return you to the title workdesk to allow any errors to be corrected, or amendments made, in the appropriate section.

19.12 Check all warnings and click on OK if appropriate. The title has now been confirmed.

19.13 Check all application workdesk notes and instructions have been actioned and acknowledged.

19.14 If necessary, select and complete the appropriate letter from the application workdesk picklist to accompany the documentation and receipt being returned to the agent to explain why any servitude right(s) and/or any enforcement rights have not been included in the title sheet. A copy of the letter should be added to the business record. 

19.14.1 LR36 - TCA Servitude Rights Omitted from the Title Sheet

19.14.2 LR38 - Schedule of Enforcement Rights Omitted

19.15 Identify any additional documents to be added to scan, including any relevant deeds or documents that have been incorporated in the title sheet by way of reference to the archive record that need to be added, and complete and print scan instructions.

19.15.1 Send scan instructions and documentation to scan marked for return and await return of documentation, or

19.15.2 Copy documentation and send copy documentation and scan instructions to scan and proceed to complete registration.

19.16 Release application to Despatch Complete.

19.17 Take application on at Despatch Complete.

19.18 Click Complete on the LRS - a receipt will be generated for each registered deed.

19.19 Return receipt(s) and documentation to submitting agent.

19.19.1 A notification is automatically generated over night and sent to the email addresses on the application workdesk together with a link to the title sheet and cadastral map.

20.1 Repeat the 'View and Confirm TP' steps in respect of the parent title, ensuring all titles are completed on the same day.

20.1.1 If the registered version of the title has changed since the TU or DW application was created an error message will prevent completion. All sections of the title sheet and the shared plot relationships must be imported and you must respond to the import notes in the title workdesk before proceeding.

21.1 Repeat the 'View and Confirm TP' steps in respect of the grand parent title, ensuring all titles are completed on the same day.

21.1.1 If the registered version of the title has changed since the TU or DW application was created an error message will prevent completion. All sections of the title sheet and the shared plot relationships must be imported and you must respond to the import notes in the title workdesk before proceeding.

21.2 Email support to have the pending TPs moved to plans settle.

21.3 Open the Plans Manual PI spreadsheet and make any necessary amendments against the appropriate GPT/PT number entry.
