Plans Information Paper 1/2007: Proprietor's Consent for Title Plan Amendments (Process formerly known as "Recall of Land Certificate")
During the recent training on dematerialisation it has come to light that there are different practices being employed in Production areas when amending registered Title Plans where it emerges that they have been incorrectly mapped.
Therefore in order to ensure consistency throughout the Agency. the processes have been fully documented in Section 8.12.26 of the Plans Manual.
