Section 3: Print jobs
Log into the RoD registration app homepage
Under print jobs for extracts, click “Select documents to download”.
The screen will be pre-populated with the previous day’s date
the day after a deed has been registered (Day 2) is the earliest that the PDFs will be available
the date can be changed using the change date link
you can enter any date going back 60 days
once you are happy with the date, click download
A confirmation screen will play back the date selected and let you know the PDF of documents is downloading. The PDF will be available for printing in the downloads folder.
When printing the files, remember to untick “Print on both pages” from the print menu, so that each file gets printed on an individual page.
When completing the print jobs, please double check to see that the number of print jobs printed matches the expected number of deeds
This is to double check the fact that no one has accidentally selected “Digital Extract” when creating a registration. This would cause a print job to be missing in the final printed documents
