EXTRACT DECR. OF IRRITANCY in Action at instance of CITY OF GLASGOW DISTRICT COUNCIL (PURSUER) against Trustees of CATHKIN AND DISTRICT BRANCH OF ROYAL BRITISH LEGION (SCOTLAND), Langlea Road, Whitlawburn, Cambuslang, Glasgow (DEFENDERS) - FINDING and DECLARING that said Defenders have incurred the irritancy provided in Lease to Trustees of said Branch, recorded 25 Apr. 1978, as amended by 2 Partial Renunciations to said Council, recorded 18 Feb. 1981 and 29 Oct. 1991 respectively and that said Pursuers are entitled to enter upon possession of 0.84 hectare, in Parish of Cambuslang, referred to in said Lease (under exception of subjects in said 2 Partial Renunciations). Dated 22 Oct. 1993 and extracted 6 Jun. 1996; with warrant on behalf of SOUTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL, as statutory successor to said District Council.
