If the word “Disposition” is omitted from a reference and it just states “disponed by A to B”, then this is acceptable as it can only refer to a Disposition. Likewise, “feu farm disponed” can only refer to a Feu Disp. In both cases just minute as normal, i.e. referred to in Disp./Feu Disp. to…”

CONSENT/SUBSCRIPTION

If a party to deed signs, such as a debtor in an Assignation of a Standard Security, when they don't really have to, then minute "who also subscribes" after their designation.
