S19.2.1 Borrower/Owner

S19.2.1 Borrower/Owner

In some securities the debtors are narrated twice, usually as Borrowers and Owners (or Proprietors) and it is in the latter capacity that they actually grant the security. The debtors require to be designed where they are named as Owners/Proprietors. The designation should be repeated or a word such as “said” should be used to clearly design them by linking them to the Borrower. (“Said Borrowers” would also be acceptable in a situation where their names are not repeated.)
