S11.2 Form A

The clauses of a Form A Standard Security are:

1. A personal undertaking by the debtor to the creditor to pay the sums due or a maximum sum due or all sums that may become due and an explanation of the transaction.1. The debtor, being WILLIAM DAVID ALLISON, 119/7 Stenhouse Drive, Edinburgh, hereby undertakes to pay to Abbey National plc, incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered  Office at Abbey House, Baker Street, London, NW1 6XL (the Company) all sums due and that may become due by the Debtor to  the Company under the Mortgage Clauses aftermentioned including advances made or to be made by the Company to the Debtor (the initial sum advances being SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS (£65,000) STERLING. 
2. The rate(s) of interest.2. & 3. With interest from the respective times of advance at the ruling rate as defined in Abbey National Mortgage Clauses 1990 (Scotland) Edition dated 2 January and registered in the Books of Council and Session for preservation on 5 January both Nineteen hundred and ninety a copy of which the debtor hereby acknowledges to have received and which it is agreed shall be incorporated in and shall form part of these presents (the initial rate of interest being 11.5 per centum per annum) by monthly instalments of such amount as may be decided by the Company from time to time (the initial monthly instalments being SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY SIX POUNDS FOURTEEN PENCE (£636.14) payable said instalments as provided in the said Mortgage Clauses: And the Debtor declares that  a Certificate by the Company as to the amount due to it at any time  by the Debtor shall be final, conclusive and unchallengeable.
3. The terms at which the interest is payable.
4. The grant to the creditor of the “interest in land” over which the debt is to be secured.4. For which the Debtor grants a Standard Security in favour of the Company over ALL and WHOLE that piece of ground with the dwellinghouse erected thereon known as Fifty Station Road, Corstorphine in the City Parish of Edinburgh and County of Midlothian more particularly described in, disponed by and as said piece of ground is delineated and coloured pink on a plan annexed and executed as relative to Feu Charter by the Edinburgh and Suburban Building Society Limited in favour of Mrs. Annie Forrest Thomson or Marshall recorded in the Register for the County of Edinburgh on Twenty Seventh October Nineteen hundred and twenty seven.
5. A statement that the Standard Conditions laid down in the Act (and any lawful variations thereof) will apply.5. The Debtor agrees that the Standard Conditions specified in Schedule 3 to the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 as varied by the said Abbey National Mortgage Clauses 1990 (Scotland) Edition shall apply.
6. A clause of warrandice.6. And the Debtor grants warrandice.
7. A clause of consent to registration for execution.7. And the Debtor consents to registration hereof and of any Certificates granted by the Company as to the amount due to it, for execution.
