NOTICE (in terms of s.18 of Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc Scotland Act 2000), by CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL, Superior of subjects known as LIBERTON GARDENS RESIDENTIAL HOME, 10 LITTLE ROAD, EDINBURGH, part of 32.04 acres, referred to in Disp. to Magistrates &c. of Edinburgh, recorded 13 Jun. 1955, prospectively nominating the aforementioned subjects as dominant tenement in respect of real burdens as thereinmentioned contained in Feu Disp. to Trustees of the Liberton Medical Group, recorded 13 Dec. 1999, in respect of which burdens 0.3822 hectare, on east side of LIBERTON GARDENS, referred to in said Feu Disp. shall be the servient tenement. Dated 3 Jun. 2004.
