NOTICE (in terms of s.33 of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc Scotland Act 2000), by CALA LIMITED (formerly CITY OF ABERDEEN LAND ASSOCIATION LIMITED), Superior of 7.994 acres, bounded by QUEENS ROAD, ABERDEEN, referred to in Feu Disp. by City of Aberdeen Land Association Limited to Governors of Robert Gordons Colleges, recorded 1 Apr. 1959, reserving right to compensation in respect of extinction of real burden as thereinmentioned contained in said Feu Disp. Dated 17 May 2004.
