NOTICE (in terms of s.65A of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc Scotland Act 2000), by SCOTTISH MINISTERS, Superior prospectively converting right to sporting right(s) enforceable by said Scottish Ministers contained in Feu Disp. by Secretary of State for Scotland to Quintin McKellar Donald and others as Trustees thereinmentioned, recorded 5 Feb. 1985 of CORRIE FARM, GARTMORE, referred to in said Feu Disp. (under exception of subjects in Disp. to Shirley Anne MacLeod, recorded 11 Sep. 2003) into a separate tenement in land (containing counter obligation as thereinmentioned); which superiority was last vested in FORESTRY COMMISSIONERS, from whom said Granter acquired right by Acts and Order. Dated 26 Oct. 2004.
