PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER (under Section 35 of Countryside (Scotland) Act 1967) by ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL, successors to CORPORATION OF CITY OF ABERDEEN, Proprietors of Pitfodels School Site, aftermentioned - WHEREBY (1) footpath extending 267 metres, shown by brown dotted line on Plan, part of PITFODELS SCHOOL SITE, PITFODELS, ABERDEEN, part of (I) subjects I and II referred to in Disp. to John Malcolm Fyfe, recorded 28 May 1914 and (II) lands &c., namely Lot 10th, containing 6 acres 1 rood 33 poles, II referred to in Disp. to John Malcolm Fyfe, recorded 19 May 1920 shall be extinguished and (2) there shall be created a footpath extending to 249 metres, shown by dotted purple line along route A-B-C on Plan, part of inter alia subjects I referred to in said Disp. to John Malcolm Fyfe, recorded 28 May 1914; said Aberdeen City Council acquiring right to said subjects by Acts and Orders.
