S17.4 Extract Order By Lands Tribunal For Scotland

Since 1970 the Lands Tribunal for Scotland may, by Order, vary or discharge conditions and obligations relating to land or allocate feuduties or ground annuals on the application of an interested party. An Extract of such an Order may be recorded in the Sasine Register.
