  • Where a deduction of title proceeds on a Confirmation, the name and designation of the Executor in the Confirmation is not minuted.
  • In a Disposition by, or Notice of Title in favour of, a widow(er) or beneficiary &c., where the deduction proceeds on a Confirmation with a docquet endorsed thereon the Executor is not minuted.
  • An executor in a deduction of title who is the Executor of an uninfeft intervening proprietor should be designed and coded.
