LAND TENURE REFORM (SCOTLAND) ACT 1974
LAND REGISTRATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 1979
REQUIREMENTS OF WRITING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1995
THE ABOLITION OF FEUDAL TENURE (SCOTLAND) ACT 2000
TITLE CONDITIONS (SCOTLAND) ACT 2003
LAND REGISTRATION ETC. (SCOTLAND) ACT 2012 

These Acts will generally be referred to as the 1857 Act, 1970 Act &c. Examiners should consult their Statutes Books for further details of these Acts.
