2.10.1 Principal County

Multiple County Writs

  • Login to CSR “conf” to draw writ out of turn.
  • F10 to close.
  • Login to CSR “draft”.
  • Draft minute.
  • Select “view minute”.
  • If writ is acceptable for recording in all counties, proceed as normal.
  • If writ is to be withdrawn, the principal County drafter effects the withdrawal.

2.10.2 Joint Recordings

  • Login to CSR “conf” to draw writ out of turn.
  • F10 to close.
  • Login to CSR “draft”.
  • Draft minute.
  • Complete L14A confirming the date of recording.
  • Return L14A to Intake.

Notes:

1. If the writ does not conform to the requirement of recording, it should be withdrawn.

  • Complete L14A stating reason for withdrawal and sent to appropriate Intake Section.
  • When the writ is re-presented, complete a Form L14B and send to appropriate Intake Section.

2. When a re-presented writ is re-engrossed, send a copy of the new writ, including copies of any plans, to the Land Register production support area to be associated with each production unit.
