E. Errors

Note any errors spotted in the deed here. e.g. SAF not signed.

F. Check List

The check list is a list of various points which might require to be examined in deeds. You can use this list to ensure that you check each point by ticking it as you check the deed.

These include:

G. W/D Cat - withdrawal category to be noted here

H. Date w/d - date of withdrawal to be added, where applicable

I.  Agent Contacted - To confirm agent has been contacted regarding an error and the result, e.g. "PR" for phone return, etc., or agent's name can be noted.

J. Initial & Date - Once completed, or withdrawn, drafter should initial here and date it.

K. Notes for the Drafter (for Intake use) - Any pertinent information can be added here by the Intake staff.

Additionally, the back of the rubric can be used as a referral paper.
