S2.13 Backing
The postal address of the subjects on the backing will often be better information than the description in the deed and can be shown in the minute.
Where a writ is incorrectly described on the backing, the correct name of the deed is written in pencil by the examiner. The deed type should be amended on the CSS by using View Minute, then using F12 to alter Miscellaneous Details and then altering the Deed Type. Once entered this will update the pencil note on the relevant Search Sheet.
