Contract Administration

The contract with Royal Bank of Scotland is administered by RoS Procurement Department. Within RoS the contract is administered as follows:

Responsible for providing access to all contract documents, guidance on completing forms (including Applications etc), enquiries on the issue of Cards and for general advice and guidance on the use of the GPC including lost or stolen Cards:
