If for any reason the Card Controller requires a card to be withdrawn (e.g. if staff changes mean that the Cardholder is no longer in the same post) then the Card Controller will contact the Card Holder via Email. This email will confirm when the account has been closed and advise that the card should now be cut up and disposed of.
