The existing plans further guidance page on measuring hectarage has been expanded again to make clearer the requirement to complete the hectarage field to one decimal place, and the suffix field to two decimal places. The use of the Total figures for Ownership Exclusive, Tenement Steading, Salmon Fishings and Minerals hectarage that are now generated by the Plan Creator has been included, and the rules for rounding up or down have also been clarified following more feedback from plans officers.
Guidance relating to the new Register of Overseas Entities was added to the registration manual in August 2022. The guidance can be found here. It applies to all applications received since 5 September 2022.
