Current information
Phase 1 of the process started in October 2021 with the migration of titles from 4 counties into the Cadastral Map database. The final 4 counties were migrated in March 2022 . 99.68% of titles were successfully migrated to the Cadastral Map database.
Phase 2 of the process is ongoing and is being tackled in 3 stages:
- Stage 1 will see the removal/migration of live applications - complete.
- Stage 2 will see the manual correction of DMS errors - ongoing, last few titles being worked on.
- Stage 3 will migrate all remaining spatial data (indexes and RCIL register) - on-going, with RAs, TPOs & BUFs migrated first.
As a consequence of this, all titles must now be edited within Plan Creator.
How to identify a migrated title
The origin of all titles created in the DMS or Plan Creator can be checked in the UWV PV using the History tab.
