6.1 Open the sharing plot TP on the LRS.
6.1.1 Open property section workdesk.
6.2 Complete the property section header information for the sharing plot cadastral unit.
6.2.1 Select from the picklist to add the type of real right being registered to the Real Right field.
6.2.2 Add the hectarage of the sharing plot cadastral unit to the Hectarage field if it is 0.5 hectares or greater than 0.5 hectares, rounding the number up or down to one decimal place.
Do not enter anything in the Map Ref field in the property section workdesk. |
6.3 Complete the property description of the sharing plot cadastral unit in the property section.
6.3.1 The prefix should always contain the word "Subjects" and the number of the cadastral unit.
6.3.2 Check that the address details are correct, and amend if necessary:
6.3.3 Add the prefix and suffix information to the property description:
6.4 Add any property section notes that are required.
6.4.1 Add a property section note if the cadastral unit is affected by a railway boundary.
6.5 Close property section workdesk and open title workdesk.
There are two types of note that can be added in the title workdesk - title notes and plan notes. In almost all instances, the notes from plans to legal should be entered as title notes. The reason for this is that a plan note will automatically be copied through and added to the DMS casenotes. Using a plan note when it is not necessary leads to cluttered DMS casenotes that contain information that is not required for interpreting the cadastral map |
6.5.1 Add all necessary title notes - see Further Guidance on Completing the LRS Title Notes.
6.5.2 Complete the TP Plans Remarks to Legal template.
6.5.3 If the removal of the sharing plot cadastral unit has been mapped using the green-out style, ensure you complete a Parent Title Green Outs Note.
6.5.4 Complete the Deed Plan References template if plans references other than the extent of the sharing plot cadastral unit have been added to the cadastral map.
6.5.5 Add a Shared Plot note.
6.5.6 If the decision was taken at step 4.2 to omit a right to a common area as it is not fully defined, add a title note to advise the legal settler of this.
6.5.7 If a right, burden or servitude cannot be mapped but is to be included in the title sheet (see Plans References for Rights, Burdens and Servitudes), add a note to advise the legal settler of this.
6.5.8 Add any other relevant information to the title notes.
6.6 View the property section of the parent title on the LRS.
6.6.1 Check the property description of the parent title includes the cadastral unit number.
6.6.2 If the property description does not include the cadastral unit number, add a title note to the TP application on the LRS giving the legal settler instructions on what changes are required to the property description of the parent title to convert it to the style used in 2012 Act applications.
6.6.3 If a positive mapping style of removal has been used, when applicable add a title note to the TP application on the LRS giving the legal setter instructions on what changes are required to the hectarage shown in the property section of the parent title. The hectarage should be included if the parent title measures 0.5 hectares or greater than 0.5 hectares -
6.7 Use the Apply button to save the changes made, Close the title workdesk, and Close the application workdesk.
