Plans guidance - APR within a tenement

The existing Further Guidance page Automatic Plot Registration (APR) - Plans Guidance has been extended to include guidance on a particular scenario relating to leases within tenements or other subdivided buildings. If the landlord owns the whole building and is leasing a unit within that (for example, landlord owns multi storey shopping centre and leases out units within the centre), the subjects that are to be registered in the APR application will be different from that if the landlord only owns a part of the building (for example, landlord owns only the ground floor shop in a tenement of shop & flats above). See the updated page for details.
