Following feedback received from the registration teams, a new page has been prepared that pulls together and consolidates the existing guidance on how to provide a plans reference when the title being mapped is affected by an existing 1979 Act registered lease or an existing lease recorded in the sasine register - How to Reference an Existing Lease on a new Ownership Title
