• Have any appropriate former designations been entered?

Pursuers Name

• Has the pursuer (if required) been entered on CAJR?
• Has the pursuer's name been spelled correctly?
• Have any variations of the pursuer's name been entered?

Pursuers Designation

• Has the pursuer's designation (if required) been entered fully?
• Is the designation spelled correctly?
• Have any pursuers who don't require to be designed (i.e. Limited Companies) had their designations omitted?

FAS Number

• Is the FAS number entered for a non-E payment account?
